By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Viscalo is a nutrition tracking application that allows users to log food intake, track macronutrients and receive AI-generated meal suggestions. The Service is available on Android and via the web dashboard at viscalo.com.
You may use certain features as a guest. To access the full Service and sync data across devices, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Viscalo offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. The Pro subscription unlocks additional features including unlimited AI meal suggestions, recipes and camera scanning. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. You may cancel at any time through your Google Play account settings. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.

Viscalo is a nutrition tracking tool and is not a medical device. The information provided by the Service, including calorie and macro calculations, AI meal suggestions and nutritional analyses, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, particularly if you have a medical condition.
AI-generated nutritional estimates may not be perfectly accurate. You should use your own judgement when logging food.
The Service and its content, features and functionality are owned by Viscalo and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
The Service integrates with third party services including Google Firebase, Anthropic Claude, RevenueCat and Google Play. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viscalo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time at viscalo.com/delete-account. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
